MASTER demo Program PC requirements MATLAB files for Weighted Averaging

General

The Multiple Auditory Steady State Evoked Response (MASTER) Technique, which enables multiple stimuli to be assessed in the time normally required to test a single stimuli, has recently been incorporated into a software package which runs under Windows95. The software was created by Micheal Sasha John, under the direction of Dr. TW Picton, in our laboratory at the Rotman Research Institute. In order to run the demo you do not need any special hardware, but the following is recommended:

  • Pentium 90 or higher
  • 100 meg of free space on C: drive
  • 32 Meg RAM

In order to run the demo you will need to download the demonstration software package. While the demonstration software is fairly simple to use, it is very important that you use the software with the demo tutorial that is supplied in Microsoft Word v 6.0 format and in PDF format as well. The tutorial contains information which will ensure that the demo software functions correctly on your system and includes information concerning proper screen settings etc.

WARNING: YOU MUST UNZIP THE FILE ONTO C: DRIVE. IT WILL CREATE ITS OWN DIRECTORY CALLED MASTER1
