Jimmy,
It has been extremely helpful having the report that lists all the voxels on the group map include their asscoiciated cluster. Is it possible to tack on the bsr for each voxel extracted as well? For example, i get insula and i want to extract data from three voxels that show the highest bsr's in the group map.

If the view is bootstrap ratio, the cluster report you generated is for bootstrap ratio. When you choose "export all locations", you also have a list of voxels including their associated cluster in *_num.txt file.

From cluster report, you can identify the voxels with highest bsr by "Cluster#", which is listed in *_num.txt file.

I realize when i export all data, the clusters are listed in ascending order. Are you suggesting that the order of the individual voxels comprising each cluster are listed in ascending order of bsr magnitude??

Practically speaking: I want more access to the bsr data becuaseif my cluster is very big and comprises multiple regions let's BA 10, BA 32, and the anterior cingulate. i may want to determine the loation of the "hottest" voxel within each of these regions that comprises the cluster.

Thanks!

P.S. Is there a way of sending responses back via the email provided in addition to just posting them on this website?

Unfortunately, your observation is wrong. The cluster are NOT listed in any order of (brainlv or bsr) magnitude.

I just modified the code (Version 5.0701101) to let the corresponding brainlv or bsr value to be displayed at the second column of "*cluster_num.txt" file (see more detail in "whatsnew.txt" file).

Since it will be pretty easy to sort them in any order, the program will not do the sorting that will slow down the exporting.

It would be nicer if you could receive an automatic email when your message on the board is replied. However, this might not be the case right now, and we will leave this for people who developped this board.

Currently, we only support people in either way. If you ask question in email, we will reply in email. If you ask question in both email and message board, we ONLY reply on message board.
