Hi,

could somebody explain to me what difference the following options make when performing a seed PLS (option 3):
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Non-Behaviour Structure PLS does not permute conditions within a group.

PLS Module:

0. Other PLS
1. Structure PLS

Please select:
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I have been choosing option 1 and I don't know if this is correct.

cheers,
Jonathan

We have PLS modules for PET, ERP, fMRI, and Structure.

Unless you know that you are doing Structure PLS, you should choose 0 instead of 1.

My data is for the relative 2DG uptake during differing tasks for rodents. Therefore, its neither PET, FMRI or ERP. I can't comment on structure as I do not know what you mean. Could you explain this to me. Sorry for my ignorance, I'm pretty new to all this. cheers, Jonathan

since only structural module needs special attention, all other existing modules (include your special module) should choose option 0 instead of 1.
