Hi,
Yesterday, I posted a note concerning an error message which was showing up in my seed PLS analysis. Basically, during the bootstrapping, matlab was warning me that the calculation involved complex numbers. Anyway, I thought I had solved the problem simply by removing the seed from my data, however, although I no longer get any warnings, my results are slightly unexpected. Should removing the seed from the data make any difference as regards the results?
