Hi,

I am running a behavioral analysis in PLS with PET data - 11 subjects, 4 conditions and a subjective rating score for each scan.  I created a PETdatamat.mat file with the scans, loaded it into "Run PLS...", selected the "Behavior PLS" option, loaded the subjective rating scores as a text file with each rating in its own column and with only 1 rating per scan.  I then selected "Run from GUI" and the "Saving PLS Result" dialog box pops up, I saved the PETresult.mat and the "Loading datamat" box starts loading, but then stops roughly 1/4 the way through and I get the following errors in my Matlab dialog box:

Warning:  Future versions will return empty for empty == scalar comparisons.
ERROR:  There are no common voxels found.
Warning:  One or more output arguments not assigned during call to 'pet_analysis'.
Warning:  Reference to uninitialized variable elapsed_time in pet_analysis_ui/ExecutePLS at line 1919.

I was wondering if you have an idea where I am making a mistake.  Thank you very much for your help.

"ERROR:  There are no common voxels found" tells you that you do not have any common voxels in any overlapped region. Since PLSgui only analyze voxels in the same region, it stopped running.

Possible causes:
  1. You have different brain;
  2. Some scans are damaged (e.g. all black);
Please check your scan images and run PLSgui again.
