Hello PLS experts,
I have done E.R.FMRI analysis on 14 subjects with 5 conditions.On the first test of using PLS,I define the lag as the default value (default=8) .while I plot tempral brain score,I got condition2 as the most significant in positive direction and condition 4 as the most significant in negative direction.Since I was thinking that the temprol brain score for each condition should get convergent at the end of the lag and it was not like this in my case,I increased the lag to 12,but I got two strange result:
1-Temporal brain score for condition2 becomes significant in negative direction and condition 4 becomes significant in positive direction!!!!!!!(it was opposite while we set the lag=8(default)).
2-the temporal brain score for conditons still haven't got convergent at the end of the lag!!!!
Any help can be appreciate
