Hi Pls users

As I am new to Plsgui, my question may be simple

I have a data set with not a very ideal block, with relatively long durations- single run, simple AB design
without rest
A task serves as the baseline

I choose block fMRI
I choose number of conditions 2 for A and B and I also try 1 (just for B)
Then I choose edit run,
In each case program shows only one field for onset and length of scan one
and than gives error
Where am I doing wrong?

Thanks

emre

I am not exactly sure when the error occurs, Emre, but I think the problem is that you need to have the same numbers of conditions across runs. If you specify two conditions, A and B, in the edit conditions window, then there will be two conditions in the edit runs window. Please try this again, specifying A and B in the edit conditions window and see if it works.

Thanks

I realized that the problem was a MATLAB issue. I do not have same problem with MATLAB 6.5, only with matlab 7

There are several known compatibility issue for Matlab 7. Although we have tried our best to make PLSgui code work for all versions of Matlab, there still could be some places overlooked. Your help could be very precious to the improvement of this program.

What I asked you to help me is to upload your session file (*_BfMRIsession.mat) to your ftp server and let me duplicate your problem.

You can contact me directly by email: jimmy@rotman-baycrest.on.ca

Thank you in advance,
