I have PLS results for 2 groups of subjects and I would like to show 2 patterns of activation  side-by side for comparison.  It so happens that because of the way the design was specified, the pattern of interest  is  in the orange-red range for one group and  in the blue range for the other. Is there a way to change the sign of of one the results such that both would be in the same color range? This would  facilitate the comparison.

Thank you!
Gilles

Because of the way that the result display was designed, it is not possible to invert color as you described.

However, you can load result data, invert the BLV or BSR by multiplying -1, and save it into another file name. I believe that you can invert color this way.

Since I have not test this, I would suggest you keep the original result file. In addition, the the inverted color is only to compare BLV, BSR view window. If you want to see other windows, please still use original result file.
