I have two groups of subjects from whom we obtained PET images during 4 different periods (i.e. one between subjects factor and one within subjects factor with 4 levels). I have done a mean-centered PLS (Plsgui) with these data after having enterered each group a separate data file.
My questions are:
1- I am unclear on how the program reports group difference.
2 -I expect that the 2 groups will be similar for periods 1, 2 and 4 but different on period 3. How can I specify this contrast? I was only able to enter contrast within each group.
