Hello there,
I have a question of how to interpret the "double" lag information in seed PLS. On one hand there are lags in the behavioral LV plot (in my particular case I have included lags 3-8 for 4 different behvaiors), and on the other there are lags in the bootstrap ratio plot. Is it the case that the early lags in my behavioral plot correspond only to the brain patterns in the early lags of the bootstrap ratio plot (i.e. behavioral lag 1 corresponds to bootstrap lag 1, lag 2 to lag 2 etc.), or do All behavioral lags correspond to All lags in the bootstrap plot (i.e. behavioral lag 1 is represented by bootstrap lags 0-7, lag 2 is represented by lags 0-7 etc.)?

I know this is a non-technical question, but important nevertheless...

Thanks,
Hedvig.

Each lag in BehavLV plot or in BSratio plot corresponds to each time point of the temporal window that you choose. Therefore, the early lags in your behavioral plot correspond only to the the early lags in your bootstrap ratio plot (i.e. behavioral lag 1 corresponds to bootstrap lag 1 etc.).
