I keep posting but the body never shows up on the board.

anyway, I am trying to do the seed pls analysis on the testdata provided.
when I load the voxeldata file during the load behavior step, I removed behav 1, 9, 17

When i try to run it I keep getting an error.  so for the session profiles do i just add the session file or do i include the datamat file

For permutations is it always 0?

Thanks,
M

I checked testdata provided, but there is no voxeldata, what is the file name?

When i try to run it I keep getting an error.

What is the error message? Which file(s) did you actualy use for your test?

so for the session profiles do i just add the session file or do i include the datamat file

For 2 fMRI modules, you add session file(s); for other moduless, you add datamat file(s). However, you need both session file and datamat file in the same directory.

Why do you have such a question, since the file suffix restricted your choice to other type of files?

For permutations is it always 0?

If permutations is 0, it means that you do not want to run permutation test. Otherwise, the number stands for the number of permutation test that you wish to run.
