e.g:
T1. img & T1.hdr is only in ANALYZE7.5 format.
However, SPM added a an affine matrix M in the SPM mat file:
T1.mat
PLSgui can recognize the combination of T1.img/.hdr/.mat
PLSgui does not support any other SPM mat files.

Seed PLS problems

I keep posting but the body never shows up on the board.
anyway, I am trying to do the seed pls analysis on the testdata provided.
when I load the voxeldata file during the load behavior step, I removed behav 1, 9, 17
When i try to run it I keep getting an error. so for the session profiles do i just add the session file or do i include the datamat file
For permutations is it always 0?
