I get the error below when trying to read a result file that was read without problems up to now.  I use Matlab 7.3 on Mac OS 10.4. PLS version 5.0712061. Suggestions?
Thanks!
Gilles

Gilles ~ This may not be the cause of your current problem, but, as general caution, I have had issues with the GUI scripts in Matlab 7.3 (I work in both Unix/Matlab environments). I typically try to rerun the failing command in an old version of Matlab (7.2 works ok) before attributing the problem to either script bugs or my data! Of course that's if you have access to older versions!

Best ~

According to the error message, it look like the program could not find the datamat file. It doesn't look like that it is caused by the version of MATLAB or PLSgui program. We have tested our current version of PLSgui program up to MATLAB Version 7.4.0.287.

In order to pinpoint the problem that you encountered, I need the result file and all the related datamat files. If you can upload them onto your ftp site, please let me know the URL address.

Thank you. I am now getting a license error with Matlabon my laptop (no relation to PLS as this happened in the past). Once this is settled, I will retry the gui making sure that  datamat file is there. If problem persist, I will contact you and upload the files.
