The report never appeared in the Active cluster report window (which was opened) and attempts (after 15 min wait) to save cluster report in *mat or *txt format yielded the following messages:

>> plsgui
>> Warning: Future versions will return empty for empty == scalar comparisons.
??? Error while evaluating uimenu Callback.

??? Attempt to reference field of non-structure array 'cluster_info'.

Error in ==> /data/anesthesia/anesthesia1/gilles/matlab/PLS/Plsgui/pet_cluster_report.m (save_cluster_txt)
On line 793 ==> source_file = cluster_info.source;

Error in ==> /data/anesthesia/anesthesia1/gilles/matlab/PLS/Plsgui/pet_cluster_report.m
On line 55 ==> save_cluster_txt;

??? Error while evaluating uimenu Callback.

PLS was run remotely on Unix servers with Matlab v6

Thanks

I justed created a PET cluter report and saved it in both .mat and .txt format, so the program should work fine.

I think there could be two possibilities for your problem:

1. Threshold is set too small. Try to increase the threshold and reudce the active region.

2. There could be some problem in your PETresult.mat file.

If possible, would you please upload your result file onto your ftp server, and let me duplicate this problem?

You can also contact me directly by email: jimmy@rotman-baycrest.on.ca

Thanks,
