When examining PET study results with plsgui and trying to view the Design LV and Designs Scores Plot I got the following error message:

<Output argument "perm_splithalf" (and maybe others) not assigned during call to "pet_plot_scores_ui>load_pls_scores".

Error in pet_plot_scores_ui>init

Error in pet_plot_scores_ui (line 13)
      score_fig = init(result_file, is_design_plot, tit_fn);

Error in pet_result_ui>OpenScoresPlot (line 4265)
   score_fig = pet_plot_scores_ui(p);

Error in pet_result_ui (line 420)
     OpenScoresPlot(varargin{1});

Error while evaluating Menu Callback.>

I use MATLAB Version: 9.6.0.1174912 (R2019a) Update 5 on Mac OS 10.14.6. I have used the latest version of PLS downloaded today.

Any suggestions to solve this problem?

Thank you

GIlles

Thank you. I tried new version (PLS_DG folder ). Got same error:

<Output argument "perm_splithalf" (and maybe others) not assigned during call to "pet_plot_scores_ui>load_pls_scores".

Error in pet_plot_scores_ui>init

Error in pet_plot_scores_ui (line 13)
      score_fig = init(result_file, is_design_plot, tit_fn);

Error in pet_result_ui>OpenScoresPlot (line 4265)
   score_fig = pet_plot_scores_ui(p);

Error in pet_result_ui (line 420)
     OpenScoresPlot(varargin{1});

Error while evaluating Menu Callback.>

>>I made sure that the Matlab path did not include the previous PLS folders. So I am certain that I have used the new plsgui file.

Hmm - odd.  Would you be able to send me your results file to see if I can recreate the error?  Matlab error messages are usually opaque at the best of times :)
