Hi everyone,

I ran a structural PLS analysis and I would like to export the results so I can run cluster correction and make figures via AFNI. However when I save the bootsrap ratio for LV 1 through the GUI it does not overlay with the anatomicals correctly. Am I incorrectly exporting the BSR results? I have included a link two images, one with exported results in the afni view and the second results in the PLS gui:

can you try overlaying on the same image you used in PLS?

Hi Randy,

Turns out you are correct when I use the img hdr version of the underlay and the bootstrap export from PLS it aligns correctly in the AFNI viewer. When I use the brik+head or nifti versions of the same files I get this weird alignment. Seems like I am making a mistake somwehere converting between file types but the PLS export is working correctly.

Thanks for quick response.
