Hi guys.

I am seeing the following in Matlab 18 (9.5.0.944444 (R2018b)), PLS version 6.1311050 when pressing the "show resulst" button for ERP analysis. Results are fine in the matlab file - but the drawing via GUI fails. Any thoughts on debugging?

Best ~

Agatha

Hi Agatha - unfortunately not.  We are in the midst of porting much of the PLS platform over to Python.  This was easier than trying to retrofit the matlab version and is ultimately better for open science.

Thanks Randy. Guess I'll have to wait for the Python version.

Cheers.

It's just the plotting parts that are messed up - you can use the command line version if you are okay with creating the plots yourself.

Hi Randy,

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one experiencing this issue & yes, I'd figured out the port to R for plotting (the Rmatlab package is pretty useful in this regard).  Any update on when we might see the python version?

Best,

John

We are finalizing a MATLAB fix and hopefully will have it up in a week.  The Python version is still in the works
