Dear Randy,
We fixed the bug in the gui which was incompatible with different version of the MATALB. There needs to be a callback for every lv radio buttons. One line has been added to the bfm_plot_brain_scores code as follows:
lv_hdls(i).Callback=lv_hdls(1).Callback;
We added this into line 458.
Hope that helps other people to continue using PLS before we moving to Python.

This excellent Maryam! Thanks for this. I will check this out and update the code.
The plan for Python conversion has run into resource issues and is thus delayed. I hope to get it back on track in the spring.
