Dear all,

I have to run a seed based PLS analysis. I was wondering if there is a way to input a mask instead of a seed location when extracting voxel values with the "Multiple Voxel Extraction" option.

Moreover, I wanted to know if the permutations implemented in the analysis are with or without replacement.

Thanks for your help.

Giuliano

Hi Giuliano,

In answer to your first question, unfortunately no there is no way in PLSgui to enter in a mask to extrac voxels for a seed analysis.

For your second question, permutations are done without replacement.  Bootstrap is done with replacement.
