Hello,

the CI bars are not showing up on my design when I try to view Task PLS Scores with Confidence Intervals - any tips on why this could be happening? I've tried re-running the analyses and also updating the PLS version - neither of which have worked.

Thanks,

Areeba

there is a version incompatibilit with newer versions of matlab in the graphics display.  We have not been able to fix this yet.   The confidence intervals are in the results file if you want to access them and plot them, however.

I cant seem to find this anywhere - in what order are the brain scores organized under each LV?

in the results file there is a structure array that contains all the variables you will need

Once you load the results file into MATLAB, look at the field: result.field_descrip

It will give you the names of the variables you need to extract.   Most will be in result.boot_result

For reference,  LVs are organized by column for the various variables you will look at.
