Hello,

I am getting an error while creating datamat's for a Block Design FMRI experiment. The error is "All the onsets field must be filled out". I have entered all the correct information for onsets, durations and tried loading in the data files in nifit 4D, nifit 3D, analyze 3D format and nothing seems to be fixing the error. Any help would be appreciated.

Can i get a bit more info on your design? Also have you tried just one subject to make sure that its not something amiss with one of your datasets?

Hi Randy,

I have tried it with multiple subjects and get the same error.

The design is a an event related design - however, we have 12 second events that I am trying to model as blocks.

I can send you a screen shot if that is helpful?

Thanks,

have you tried with just one subject?

I need a bit more info on the design - how many tasks, etc?

Hello,

There are 581 TRs in the run. We have one run with two conditions - create and object with 23 blocks each, 6 TR's long. I have tried entering the onset TR's with multiple subjects and all the fields have been filled in and am still getting the same error.

Thanks,

Areeba
