Hi there PLS users,

I just wanted to check that I'm interpreting my behavioural PLS results correctly. I ran the analysis using online subjective ratings made during scanning and found that overall all the correlations were negative. Moreover, lower ratings tended to be associated with positive brain scores whereas higher ratings were associated with negative brain scores. From this (and thanks to p.154 of the PLS manual) I infer that lower ratings are represented as warm colours in the activation maps, whereas higher ratings are represented as cool colours. Is this correct?

Best,

Heather Iriye

Hi Heather - by your description the interpretation of the color maps seems correct.  Sounds like a cool study!
