Hello,
I am experiencing trouble with displaying plots for different LV's. The following error appears when I click Windows --> Design Scores and LV plots or Task PLS Brain Scores with CI:
Error using legend>process_inputs (line 545)
Using an integer to specify the legend location is not supported. Specify the
legend location with respect to the axes using the 'Location' parameter.
Error in legend>make_legend (line 328)
[autoupdate,orient,location,position,children,listen,strings,propargs] =
process_inputs(ha,argin); %#ok
Error in legend (line 282)
make_legend(ha,args(arg:end),version);
Error in fmri_plot_scores>PlotDesignScores (line 868)
[l_hdl, o_hdl] = legend(conditions, 0);
Error in fmri_plot_scores (line 91)
PlotDesignScores;
Error while evaluating UIControl Callback
Any idea how to get around this issue? Thank you!

can you let us know which matlab version you are using? The graphics do not work well beyond Matlab 2014a

Hi Nancy, Thanks so much for the clarification. I was using 2016b. I am now using an earlier version as suggested, and I am no longer receiving that error.
