Hi there,
I've been trying to run split half resampling with the newest version of your software, however, it freezes as soon at the last permutation test and won't process any further. I've tried leaving the program running over night in case it just needed extra time, but this hasn't solved the problem. Do you have any suggestions?

I will look into it from my side. Can you test it on a toy data set with just a couple of iterations? Also does it run okay if you set the split-hafl iterations to zero?

Hi Randy,
Thank you for your speedy reply. I ran it with the pet_PETdata.mat included with the test data downloaded from your website and it worked fine.

that *is* odd. How big is the dataset you are trying to analyze? There is a lot of housekeeping that is done with split-half so it may be running out of memory and swapping to clear RAM.
