Hello,

I am trying to setup sessiondata for a blocked fMRI analysis. In the gui, it is possible to load a text file with onsets and durations instead of manually typing them in. Is it possible to give a path to a text file containing the times when batching as well? The batch_plsgui command does not seem to like paths to a text file containing the onset and duration values, but works fine when numbers are manually typed in.

Thank you in advance,

Antoni

Correct.. You have to specify the onsets (etc) within the batch file - that file is being parsed, and a path to another file will not work.

cheers
