Hi,

When reporting results, should I show the design scores plot or the brain scores plot? They look similar for my analyses, but the brain scores has the added CIs (for task PLS).

Also, how do I compare two conditions that pattern in the same way? For example, I have four conditions (e.g. printed words, printed nonwords, spoken words, spoken nonwords). The LV dissociates between print and speech. However, I want to see if the printed words express the LV more strongly than printed nonwords. Do I just use the CIs of the brain scores? (i.e. if the CI for printed words is higher than and does not overlap with the CI for spoken words, then printed words express the LV more strongly) If not, how can this comparison be made?

Thanks,

Kayleigh
