Hello,

I have been trying to run a task PLS analysis; however, whenever I try it returns an error stating that no common coordinates were found. After making sure all the data was in the same space, I tried exploring the sessions files and found that for each particpant, the fields st_coords and st_datamat are empty. Any idea as to why this is occuring?

Difficult to know - can you give me more detail on what type of data you have?

Hi Randy,

This was a blocked design fMRI experiment, with a total of 16 conditions, each block length was 6 TR, data was moved to MNI space and preprocessed with AFNI. Please let me know if you need more infromation.

hmm - trouble shooting time - there a function that we distributed call load_nii.  Try that to read in one of your images into Matlab and see if there are data in the matrix when you read it in.

I loaded several of the .nii files and the img field of the struct did have data in it.

if you read in one image into PLS see if it is okay.  There is a potential that one of the subjects has a funky that results in an empty matrix for the group.
