Hi Randy,

I am performing behavioural PLS analyses. I have correlated FA and MD to behavioural data and observe one significant LV. And I am trying to understand the warm and cool colors shown as a bootstrapping reliability on the brain scores.

1) Do they actually represent positive and negative correlations to tha pattern shown by the LV ?

or

2) Do the warm colors represent the extremely high brain scores and cool colors represent the extremely low brain scores (shown in thr brain scores overview plot)?

Thank you for your time.

Best Wishes

Jay

Hi Jay..

The colours are to be interpreted the same as if you had done a task analysis. They are bootstrap ratios.

If  you want to see what the actual correlation is, you can either look at the correlation maps (which can be thresholded by BSR) or look at the voxel response

cheers

Nancy
