I'm trying to look at a mean-centered analysis I ran several years ago. I'm using Matlab 2013a. I am getting an error when I try to look at the Design Scores and LV plots (see below). Everything else seems to be working fine. I've downloaded the latest version of the pls software, but I did run this analysis some time ago. Perhaps I need to redo my session / datamats in the new format?

I am not sure what version of PLS you used for the original analyss so it may be easiest to update datamats etc to make sure its not version compatibility. The error messages suggest to me that it may be, but software debugging is not an exact science :)
