solution for empty condition

Hi All,

I am trying to run a PLS analysis on my rapid event related design. I want to model a condition entitled OTHER, which encompasses missed responses (i.e., not incorrect responses but a failure to respond). However, not all subjects have this condition. I know that you can model empty conditions for runs with -1 but according to the FAQ, at least one run must contain this condition (and batch_pls will exit with an error if you try to execute without at least one run containing this condition). I have about 9 subjects who do not have this condition at all (across runs). Is there a way to model this? Or is the only solution to remove subjects?

Thanks,

Danielle
