Hello,

I am trying to understand how the reponce function plot of a voxel is calculated over Lags in the defined temporal window. Does this plot

1. the intensity change over lags

or

2. does it convolve the intensity change with HRF within the temporal window and then plot it for all the lags? If so, is the HRF model from SPM used for convolution?

Best Wishes

Jay

The response plot is the change in intensity over lags.  you can use a convolution function, but you have to explicitly selelct it when creating the data matrix
