Hello,
I am performing structural data analyses using PLS.
Can you tell me what the option "Use segment data" is for? Why is this option checked by default?

Hi Jay..
sorry for the delay - this refers to data that are coming from a tissue segmentation algorithm and separated into separate GM/WM/CSF datasets containing tissue probabilities (or modulated probablilities)
