Hi to everyone,

I have a problem with the coords and I thought that someone could help me. I have slices with 2562x2562x1 (dims-so they are orthogonal matrices). I used a mask so as to take only the upper triangular matrix (without the main diagon), so I have (2562*2562-2562)/2=3280641 elements.

After the PLS processing I got the results and the results.u is 1x2710956 matrix. After some search I did in the PLS files and code I found that in the sessiondata file there are two variables named bad_coords (1x569685) and one coords(1x2710956) if you notice that the addition of the two sizes is equal to 3280641.

The question is I don't know how to combine there two coords matrices in order to get the final matrix which is 2562x2562. Does anyone know how to do it?

Thank you a lot in advance

Dr. Manousos Klados
