Dear PLS experts,
I have two questions about pls ananlysis of resting state(RS) fmri data.
1.How to create a resting state session using block fmri option? How does the block in RS data defined? In Grigg and Grady (2010) paper they just said average 5TR scans, but didn't mention block.
2.My aim is to compare two RS sessions of 10 subjects. Can I just extract seed data directly from RS fmri? As I don't have task related sessions to locate PCC.
