Permutations in Behav PLS

Hi, 

I was just hoping to clarify how permutation tests are done in behavioural PLS. Is it the case that behaviours get shuffled between subjects? 

(as opposed to task-PLS, in which brain activity gets shuffled between conditions for each subject).

that is correct - behavior assignment is randomized across subjects for behavior PLS
