Dear PLS Experts,
We did some fMRI data analysis using the Non-Rotated Task PLS method and we noticed that there is a discrepancy between graphs showing the
design scores and brain score. Based on the PLS manual these two graphs must have the same shape (tendency) which is not the case here. So, I am wondering if there is a problem with graphical representation of the brain scores with the last version of PLS. The representation of the brain score extracted from the .mat results file showed the same shape as the brains scores.
Thanks in advance,
Mohamed

In the update to address the issue with the bug in confidence interval calculations, we no longer center the "brain scores" for non-rotated analyses. The general pattern of the means should mimic the contrast in the sense of relative differences between groups/tasks, but the means will not necessary hover around zero.
I apologize for not mentioning this in the update report filed earlier
