Hi PLS experts,
I am running a seed PLS and found in a previous post that your seed location file for multiple voxels extraction should be specified in mm. I am assuming this is different from MNI XYZ coordinates?
If so, do you know of the best way to convert MNI coordinates into the appropriate space?
Rather, if MNI is correct, I am having difficulty extracting from a posterior parietal region with MNI coordinates (-50 -53 54). It says that this area is out of brain.
Your assistance is greatly appreciated!

Hi Hilary
The coordinates are the mm space that is the same as the data you are analyzing. So if you used an MNI template, the XYZ coords are in MNI space. As for the posterior parietal coordinate, its possible that the common mask that is created eliminated that location from the analyzable data. You can check this by loading you results and going to that location in the bootstrap image and see if there is a value there.
Thank you for the kind response!
