Hi, I am new to PLS analysis and I am trying to create my session data for a study in which I have one task done over multiple days (3 to be exact). So people are doing the exact same run over three time points. For my session data, do I set it as 1 Run with 3 conditions (conditions being day) so essentially, making it one long run OR 3 separate runs (one for each day) and just set the conditions(day) to be absent in the runs that don't correspond with the day? Also what option would be best for the merge data? Does this in any way determine the baseline from which the intensity values will be compared? Thanks!

I would treat it as one "long" run with three conditions (days), then the merging doesn't matter. The baseline is determine by the epoch just prior to each event/block so it won't impact the calculation of the intensity values.
