Dear PLS experts:
Does anyone have any recommendations regarding pre-processing/segmentation for structural PLS? I was thinking of using VBM8 under the default settings, with DARTEL for spatial normalization. Are there any issues with doing this? My patients would only have some mild atrophy, if any.
