Hello,

I'm encountering an error that I'm not sure how to approach. In running an event-related analysis, I am able to create my individual level data and session mats without any problems; however, when I attempt to create the group result.mat, I receive the following:

The datamats have different voxel size.
Error in fmri_pls_analysis>concat_st_datamat (line 925)
   has_ssb = 0;

Output argument "num_behav_subj" (and maybe others) not assigned during
call to
"/opt/MATLAB/R2012b/toolbox/plsgui/fmri_pls_analysis.m>concat_st_datamat".

Error in fmri_pls_analysis (line 211)
   [st_datamat, st_coords, st_dims, num_conditions, ...

Error in fmri_analysis_ui>ExecutePLS (line 1928)
        fmri_pls_analysis(PLSoptions.profiles, [], ...

Error in fmri_analysis_ui (line 93)
           ExecutePLS;

Error using waitfor
Error while evaluating uicontrol Callback

I've gone through and checked all of the individual data and session mats, and they all read as having the same voxel size. Could this be calling for another issue? Any advice would be appreciated!

can you give some more information?  Are you running a non-rotated task analysis or something else?

also.. if  you can put some session*.mat files on a dropbox, that might help..

I'm attempting to run a Mean-Centered analysis, although I have not been able to complete it. I would be happy to upload the session*.mat files-- what would be the best way to share them with you?

First.. you are using an extremely old version of PLS - please upgrade.

there are differences in voxel size reported:

subject6
ans =
          3.71697092056274          3.71697092056274          3.71697092056274
Subject7
ans =
          3.71701502799988          3.71701502799988          3.71701502799988

this should be fixed in the newest version

Thank you for looking into this. Unfortunately, even when using the PLS version available here, I still recieve the same error. I've uploaded the new session*.mat files into this dropbox if that would be of some help. Is there another version of PLS I should be utilizing? Please let me know, and thank you again!

I see the same values in these files as well...

the error is coming from your *.nii files - we read in exactly what is in the header - check how they are being created -

for some reason, the voxel dimesions are being incorrectly generated by your pipeline.

cheers

Nancy
