Hi,

I am using a blocked design and want to specify the length of a trial in seconds rather than TRs. How do I get PLS to understand that...?

Thanks!

Talya

You are will need to know how many seconds per TR from whom provides you the image.

Once you know that, then you can just divide your "trial in seconds" by "seconds per trial".
