Dear PLS experts,
Are there any documentation describing the preprocessing steps (and the methodological reasons) done on the Y (behavioral/design) and X (brain activity) matrices for each PLS variations (Task PLS, behavioral PLS, Mean-Centering PLS, Multi-bloc PLS)?
I meant to say by preprocessing, the transformations (mean centering, dividing column by the standard diviation ...) done by PLS on the data matrices (behavioral/design & brain activity matrices) befor suggesting their combined matrix to to SVD.
