hello ~

i would like to create images/montages - in Matlab - from the st_datamat, st_dims and st_coords variables saved in the datamat output file. my question is - when st_coords are created, in what order (in terms of x,y,z dimensions) are the voxels taken from the original 3d .img/.nii intensity files

(i.e., what is the relationship between the st_coord indeces and the placement of a given voxel in the 3d image).

thanks !
al.

Each value in st_coords corresponds to a brain voxel XYZ position.
You can use xyz = rri_coord2xyz(coord, dim) to find the relationship.

thank you - that's perfect!
