I am trying to apply a 4x4x4 brain mask to my data while creating a datamat. The program runs and yeilds results but i notice the following error message.
Warning: Out of range value converted to intmin('int8') or intmax('int8').

In pet_analysis_ui at 71

Can you explain this? Is this something i should be concerned about?

You can ignore this warning message, since we are only using zero or non-zero value of your brain region file to create brain mask. In addition, this warning only show up when you are using MATLAB 7 and above, and "intwarning" status is set to "on" (by default it is set to "off").
